{"id":748,"date":"2012-12-07T01:57:27","date_gmt":"2012-12-07T06:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rjet.ca\/blog\/?p=748"},"modified":"2012-12-06T19:06:32","modified_gmt":"2012-12-07T00:06:32","slug":"unnamed-chinese-customer-orders-seven-crj700-nextgens","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rjet.ca\/blog\/2012\/12\/07\/unnamed-chinese-customer-orders-seven-crj700-nextgens\/","title":{"rendered":"Unnamed Chinese Customer orders seven CRJ700 NextGens"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-190\" title=\"Bombardier_logo\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rjet.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/bombardier_logo.jpg\" alt=\"Bombardier_logo\" width=\"196\" height=\"109\" \/>Bombardier Aerospace announced on December 6th, 2012 that an undisclosed customer in China had signed a purchase agreement for seven CRJ700 NextGen aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>The interesting part of this announcement was that Bombardier&#8217;s press release indicated that this sale would be a:\u00a0\u201c&#8230; great step in establishing the CRJ700 NextGen aircraft as an excellent special mission aircraft.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The question is, what does that mean exactly? It is possible that the aircraft will be used in a VIP capacity, but since other Bombardier aircraft, notably the Global Express, DHC-8 and CL-415, have been used in a military role, the same may occur with these aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>No further information was released by Bombardier with regards to the planned use of the aircraft in question or who the operator would be.<\/p>\n<p>More than 100 Bombardier aircraft, including CRJ Series and Q-Series commercial aircraft, as well as Learjet, Challenger and Global business jets, are currently operating in China.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bombardier Aerospace announced on December 6th, 2012 that an undisclosed customer in China had signed a purchase agreement for seven CRJ700 NextGen aircraft.
