US-Bangla Airlines takes delivery of two used Q400s

 US-Bangla Airlines Q400On February 12th, 2014, Bombardier announced that a start up Asian airline named US-Bangla Airlines had purchased two previously owned Q400 turboprop aircraft. The airline intends to begin service in April 2014.

US-Bangla Airlines is a United States-Bangladesh joint-venture company. The airline is planning to operate international flights to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Far East, Australia, Canada and Japan. The airline’s first two aircraft as these two Q400 aircraft.

Worldwide, Q400 and Q400 NextGens have carried more than 295 million passengers and have logged over 4.7 million flight hours and more than 5 million take-offs and landings.
