Russian flag carrier Aeroflot took delivery of its first Sukhoi Superjet 100 regional jet on June 6th, 2011. Braathens Aviation placed a firm order for 10 CSeries jets, and took options on another 10 aircraft on June 1st, 2011. Kenya Airways is taking delivery of its second Embraer 190 this week. The first Embraer 190 arrived in January this year and is used on medium to long range African flights .A further Embraer 190 will be delivered this year. The airline also operates five Embraer 170 aircraft.
