Kenya Airways takes delivery of 900th Embraer EJet built

On October 10th, 2012, Embraer delivered the 900th E-Jet built, an Embraer 190, to Kenya Airways. Kenya Airways’ Embraer 190s are configured in a dual-class layout with 96 seats, 12 in business class and 84 in economy. The airline currently operates five Embraer 170s and seven Embraer 190s. Embraer reports Third Quarter deliveries and backlog reduced

Third quarter results for 2012 from Embraer were released and showed that the manufacturer’s backlog of aircraft is shrinking as are the number of aircraft delivered.
