Conviasa purchases 6 Embraer 190 aircraft with 14 options

Embraer announced on July 31, 2012 that Conviasa Airlines has purchased  six Embraer 190 jets and placed options for an additional 14 aircraft. First deliveries are scheduled to begin by the end of 2012. The aircraft will be configured with 104 seats in a single-class layout.

Delta announces closure of Comair for September 29, 2012

SkyWest CRJ damaged beyond repair at SGU

ARJ21 deliveries pushed back to the end of 2013
